Main Material:

1.Main Posts:

All the main posts are made of hot galvanized steel pipes with diameter of 76mm and wall thickness of 2.0-2.2mm. Surface are with powder coating and electrostatic painting. Smooth and safe.

2.Plastic Parts:

Blowing molded plastic parts of our products are made of LLDPE imported from LOTTE corporation in South Korea. And wall thickness of the plastic parts are above 8mm. Blowing molded products and Injection molded products are made of high quality HDPE/PE/PP/LDPE imported from Thailand and Brazil. All parts will be much more reliable and lasting.

3.Platforms:

Platforms of our playgrounds are made of 2.2mm thickness cold-roll steel sheet. Surface are with powder coating and electrostatic painting. Anti-slip and anti-accumulation of water.And rubber coating are available. If you want better using experience and higher grade, rubber coating is a must choice for you.

4.Screws:

All the screws we use for the products are stainless screws with standard #304.
